2. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA). When pages are accessed, the server automatically processes technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type). This processing is required to operate the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement is in place with the provider; transfers to the USA are based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
3. No cookies, no tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts and all other resources are served from our own server; simply visiting the pages establishes no connection to Google Fonts or other third-party CDNs. The only exception is the optional AI voice assistant (see section 6), which connects to our service provider exclusively after you actively start it.
4. Contact by email
If you contact us by email, we process your details to handle the enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligations apply.
5. Contact form and dictation feature
Via the contact form you can send us your name, email address and a project description. The purpose is to handle your enquiry; the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (initiation of a contractual relationship).
Optionally, you can dictateyour project description. This uses your browser’s speech recognition, which converts your speech into text. Depending on the browser, the speech input may be processed on the browser vendor’s servers; this is outside our control and happens only after you actively confirm microphone access. We ourselves receive and store no audio recording — only the resulting text is transmitted to us, and you can edit it freely before sending.
To deliver the form to our inbox we use the email service Resend (Resend, Inc., 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA) as a processor. A data processing agreement is in place; transfers are based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. No data is used for advertising or analytics. Your details are deleted as soon as they are no longer required and no statutory retention obligations apply.
6. AI voice assistant (call feature)
On our website we optionally offer a simulated call with our AI voice assistant “Quantum”. You are talking to an AI system, not a human; we point this out before and during the conversation. The feature starts exclusively after your active click and your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) — merely visiting the website establishes no connection.
During the call, your microphone signal, the resulting transcript and technical connection data are processed. The processor is ElevenLabs Inc. (169 Madison Ave, Suite 2484, New York, NY 10016, USA); audio transport runs via their infrastructure provider LiveKit Inc. (USA). Data processing agreements are in place; transfers to the USA are based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We ourselves store no audio recordings. The conversation data is used to conduct the call and for the appointment booking and conversation summary described below — not for advertising or analytics.
Appointment booking and conversation notes: If you arrange an intro call or leave a project enquiry during the conversation, we process the details required for this (name, email address or phone number, preferred time, subject) to initiate a contractual relationship (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The appointment is stored in our calendar at Google (Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland); after the call an automated summary is created for our internal handling, and you receive an appointment confirmation by email via the provider Resend named in section 5. This data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligations apply.
You can end the conversation at any time by hanging up, thereby revoking your consent with effect for the future. To prevent abuse, your IP address is processed briefly to limit call frequency (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
7. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority; for North Rhine-Westphalia this is the LDI NRW.
