Every project starts with a free initial call. You then receive a fixed-price quote before any costs arise. The price depends on scope: a single automation is far cheaper than fully custom software.
How long does implementation take?
Individual automations and integrations are typically live within days to weeks. Chatbots, databases and custom software usually take several weeks depending on scope. The concrete timeline is fixed in the plan before we start.
Are the solutions GDPR-compliant?
Yes. QubeLogix designs for data protection from the start: EU hosting where possible, data processing agreements with every provider involved, data minimization, and locally hosted AI models on request so no data leaves your company.
Can you take over our existing project?
Yes. We take over existing software and systems in a controlled, transparent, low-risk way: it starts with a technical assessment and a written report, after which you decide whether we handle maintenance and further development.
Does QubeLogix work internationally?
Yes. QubeLogix is based in Germany and works remotely with clients worldwide, in English and German. Time zones and collaboration details are settled in the first call.
Do we need our own IT team?
No. QubeLogix covers design, development, operation and maintenance. Your team gets an introduction to the finished solution and clear documentation. Existing IT is involved where present, but it is not a requirement.
