The right tool, chosen honestly
Not every process needs AI, and not every process needs custom software. Often a well-built n8n or Make workflow is enough. We pick the tool for your problem, not for our preference, and keep using your existing systems instead of introducing new ones.
For sensitive data we run n8n on European servers, or on your own infrastructure if you prefer. Customer data stays where it belongs.
Every workflow is handed over documented. Your team can understand and adjust the flows; no vendor lock-in is created.

Zapier is fastest to set up, Make offers more logic for the money, and n8n can be self-hosted and customized furthest. For data-sensitive processes we usually recommend self-hosted n8n. The recommendation depends on your tools, volume and data protection requirements.
What are the running costs?
Far less than the manual work that disappears: typical items are hosting or a tool license plus small per-call AI costs. We calculate the running costs transparently before the start, so there are no surprises.
Can we adjust the workflows ourselves later?
Yes. You receive documented workflows, all credentials and, on request, an introduction for your team. Small changes such as new recipients or adjusted rules can be handled in-house afterwards.
How fast is an automation live?
Single workflows are often ready within days. More complex chains across several systems with AI steps take correspondingly longer. The timeline is agreed before we start.
